Shashank Garg is a Senior Advocate with over seventeen years of experience in arbitration, and civil and commercial litigation. He is presently the Chair of ICC India Arbitration Group and Secretary of Arbitration Bar of India. He has acted in numerous arbitration cases as a counsel before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts and arbitral tribunals, defending the interest of private and state-owned entities. He regularly sits as an Arbitrator in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations involving disputes on variety of areas including infrastructure, constructions, media and technology, commodities, energy, sports, etc.
